Individuals who need one-on-one staffing will be required to submit an additional application(s) for funding.  If all other requirements are met, final acceptance into the program will be dependent on funding approval.

Camp C.A.R.E. is celebrating its 23rd year!

Summer 2017   July 17 – August 4       9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Apply today!…..Applications accepted through April 4, 2017

We are happy to announce that we are now accepting applications for the Camp C.A.R.E. Respite Program – Summer 2017.  All of us here at Bayside are looking forward to annother successful camp!  Camp C.A.R.E. will again be held at Cecil Community Center Park, 17 Wilson Road, Rising Sun, Maryland.

The camp features a fishing pond, baseball fields, batting cage, tennis courts, playground, indoor air-conditioned space and lots of open level outdoor space.  Swimming will be at Conowingo Pool.  Field trips and activities are tentatively scheduled for Regal Cinema Movies, Plumpton Park Zoo, Monster Wave Slide, Elk Lanes Bowling, and our annual trip to Six Flags America!

We are continuing with our fundraising approach to help ensure that Camp C.A.R.E. will operate this year and for future years.  Each camper will be responsible for raising $300.  This will be a big help towards paying for the camp and all camp activities! To assist you with raising the $300, we will provide each camper with a personal fundraising package.  This approach will give you a way to ask your family members, friends and local businesses to sponsor you for camp.  Of course, most families raise much more.  This will help to ease the burden on you and bring everyone together to support one of the best programs here in Cecil County!

It is again our privilege to sponsor the Camp C.A.R.E. program for 2017.  We enjoy working with every camper and their family.  As always, the camp is backed by our 45 years experience working with persons with special needs. If you have any questions about the camp or our agency, we welcome the opportunity to talk with you.  Please call us at 443-245-3575.  All of us here at Bayside envision for each individual happiness, fulfillment and value in living!

To apply, please complete the on-line application on this page.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Kind regards,

The Bayside Team!
